City Secretary


Janine Butler serves as Littlefield's City Secretary. She grew up in Lubbock, Texas and graduated from Dunbar High School. She obtained her EMT-I certification from South Plains College, has had 145 hours of Texas Municipal Court Education, first aid and early childhood training, and 24 CEU banking education. Prior to serving as City Secretary, Janine was a Billing and Collection Clerk II and served as Municipal Court Judge for the City of Littlefield for eleven years. Janine states that her goal as City Secretary is to "Provide the best service I can to the city and its citizens."
