Cowpa's Smokehouse BBQ

 

Cowpa's Smokehouse Bar-B-Q is located at 139 Marshall Howard Blvd. (Highway 84).

Owners and operators are Phil and Janice Howard. Melanie Agu is an employee.

The business opened on May 1, 2004, and it was expanded in 2006. The couple started with one small building and added another structure to accomodate its customers.

They are open from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm Tuesday through Thursday, from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm Fridays, and from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm Saturdays.

They serve brisket, ribs, sausage, potato salad, and beans every day. On Tuesdays, they serve Frito Pie; Thursdays, they serve hamburgers; Fridays they serve chicken all day and steaks from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
